Search continues for fisherman missing in Mayo

A wide-scale search is continuing off the coast of Mayo for a fisherman who has been missing since Friday.

The alarm was raised when the 24-year-old did not return from lobster fishing off Belmullet.

The hunt is focused on an area close to where the man's empty boat was found at Broadhaven bay.

Two dive teams, two lifeboats, one coastguard boat, four shore teams, 13 local boats and the Shannon helicopter have been drafted in to look for the missing man.
