More than a third of employees 'dread coming in for work'

More than a third of employees dread turning up for work, a new survey has found.

New research by One4All also found that four in 10 staff do not feel that managers care if they are burned out or not, and 35% of staff are of the opinion that companies don't care if their workforce is sick or healthy, so long as they turn up for work.
