The Northern Ireland Assembly will resume this morning amid a crisis over the status of the IRA.

First Minister Peter Robinson has said it cannot be "business as usual" until it deals with the PSNI assessment that the IRA still exists and that some of its members were involved in the killing of republican Kevin McGuigan.
