IRA monitoring ’could resolve North’s political crisis’

The Government has signalled independent monitoring of the IRA could help resolve the latest political crisis in the North.

After a two-hour meeting with the North's Secretary of State Theresa Villiers, Foreign Affairs Minister Charlie Flanagan said a number of options were on the table.
