Fine Gael TD Conlan arrested after alleged assault in Monaghan pub

Fine Gael TD Sean Conlan has been released without charge this afternoon, after he was arrested in connection with an alleged assault at a Co Monaghan pub.

The Cavan-Monaghan TD went to Castleblayney Garda Station by appointment this morning and made a statement.
