US court sides with Irish aunt and husband as Corbett children case is dismissed

A judge in North Carolina in the US has paved the way for Jason Corbett's two children to be brought home to Ireland.

Judge April Wood has dismissed the case of Molly Martens, the children's step mother, who was seeking custody of Jack, ten, and eight-year-old Sarah.
