Fianna Fáil is claiming the Central Bank has serious questions to answer following revelations that it was warned in 2009 about the tracker mortgage scandal at PTSB.

It has emerged the-then Financial Services Ombudsman wrote to the Central Bank six years ago, calling for a probe into allegations that banks were trying to take tracker mortgages away from customers.
