RSA head Liz O'Donnell calls for lower speed limit on rural Irish roads
The head of the Road Safety Authority Liz O'Donnell has said the speed limit on rural Irish roads is “way too high”.
O'Donnell has confirmed there have been 85 lives lost on our road so far this year - with five of those deaths last weekend alone.
