It is after the Wexford TD raised the allegations under Dáil privilege yesterday, suggesting cash payments had been paid by a debtor to exit the state agency.
Nama has said the Garda Commissioner has agreed to investigate the claims.
PAC Chairman John McGuinness is urging Deputy Wallace to speak to the committee so they can deal with the issue.
“The allegations that Mick Wallace has made, I take them very, very serious,” said McGuinness.
“I believe he should come forward, talk to us either privately or publicly in the Public Accounts Committee and allow us then under the legislation to do the job we are tasked to do with Nama.”
