Dáil Committee discussing petition on water bill payments

A Dáil Committee is today discussing measures to help people who cannot afford to pay their water bills.

The issue is one of a number of petitions being discussed by the Joint Committee on Public Service Oversight and Petitions.

A separate petition calls on the committee to request a referendum on abortion.
