Historic Boland's Mill site to be redeveloped at cost of €150m

Planning permission has been granted to develop three new buildings at the Boland's Mill site in Dublin.

The €150 million development will be made up of office, residential, retail and cultural space over a two-level basement - totalling 397,000 square feet of floor space.
