IMF labels Government plans for next Budget ‘too modest’

The IMF has said the Government's plans for the next Budget are "too modest" and added Ireland has to do more to cut down on its borrowing.

In its latest post-bailout monitoring report the fund also said even more needs to be done to address the mortgage arrears issue.
