Winner of €2m Lotto jackpot in Drogheda

A lucky Lotto player from the north east is €2 million richer today after scooping the jackpot in last night's draw.

The National Lottery said the winning ticket was sold at Tesco on the Donore Road in Drogheda, Co Louth.

The €4 quick pick ticket was bought on Friday, but the winner has yet to claim their prize.
