An investigation is underway after a man died in what is believed to be a workplace accident in Co Mayo this morning.

An investigation is underway after a man died in what is believed to be a workplace accident in Co Mayo this morning.

GardaĂ­ confirmed the man aged in his 20s died in the incident at a quarry near Kilkelly shortly before 10am this morning.
