Man arrested in connection with Michael Devoy murder is released

A man arrested earlier today in connection with the murder of Michael Devoy has been released with out charge.

Mr Devoy's body was discovered at Foxhill, Bohernabreena, Tallaght, Dublin 24 on January 18 last.

A man in his mid 20's had been detained under the provisions of Section 30 Offences Against the State Act - however he has been released this evening.

A file will be prepared for the DPP.
