The mother of a Dublin woman who was killed while a passenger in a speeding car, has said the driver's eight-and-a-half-year jail sentence does not give her any pleasure.

Eric Wainsboro of Cherry Garth, Rivervalley, Swords pleaded guilty to dangerous driving causing the death of 43-year-old Sinead Maguire at Fairview in May last year.
