High Court adjourns Denis O'Brien case against RTE for 11 days

Denis O'Brien's High Court bid to prevent RTE broadcasting a report relating to his banking affairs with IBRC has been put back to later this month.

RTE has agreed to the adjournment and has given an undertaking not to publish or disclose details relating to the report until the hearing takes place on May 12.
