Phil Hogan's seat to finally be filled as Dáil moves writ

A by-election to fill Phil Hogan's seat in the Dáil will be officially called today.

TDs are due to approve plans to move the writ for a poll in Carlow-Kilkenny. Polling is due to take place on May the 22nd on the same day as the two referendums.
