X-Factor judge fails to sue Irish Sun after missing deadline

Former X-Factor judge Tulisa has been stopped from suing The Irish Sun on Sunday for defamation over its "fake Sheikh" drugs sting.

The pop star missed the one-year deadline to bring an action and the High Court has refused to give her an extension.
