Lillis released from Wheatfield Prison
Convicted wife killer Eamon Lillis has walked free from prison this morning.
Yesterday, Lillis refused to sign the papers that would have allowed him to leave Wheatfield jail in West Dublin, because of the large media presence waiting for him outside.
A taxi went in to Wheatfield Prison at 9.04 and emerged with Eamon Lillis at 9.40

However the 57-year-old, who was jailed in February 2010 for the manslaughter of his wife Celine Cawley, had until 10am this morning to be released.
He was collected from outside the prison in the last few minutes and is expected to head straight to Dublin Airport, as he has contacts in both the UK and France.
Eamon Lillis has arrived at Dublin Airport where he is expected to board a flight to the UK. He told reporters at the airport that he has served his time.
