First Irish Water bills due tomorrow

Irish Water is telling customers "the bill is in the post".

The company says 1.5 million households will receive their first water bills over the next eight weeks, starting from tomorrow.

It is expecting issues will arise because of incorrect customer details.

More than 700 customer service staff have been hired to staff the company's help lines.
