Education Ombudsman mooted to deal with school complaints

There are calls for an education ombudsman as new statistics claim 95% of parents' complaints go nowhere.

The Vice Chair of the Oireachtas Education Committee said the children's ombudsman is being overstretched and more help is needed to make schools run smoothly.
