Groups launch booklet advising children of their rights

The Children's Rights Alliance and the Irish Council for Civil Liberties are launching a booklet today, advising children and young people of their rights.

"Know your rights: The Rights of Children and Young People" sets out in plain language, information about the rights of youngsters in Ireland.
