Three more weeks in Gorse Hill mansion for O'Donnell family
The O'Donnell family can stay at least three more weeks in their Gorse Hill home after the Court of Appeal today reserved judgement in their case.
Receivers for Bank of Ireland want to sell the property to recoup some of the €70m owed by Brian and Mary-Patricia O'Donnell.
Judge Mary Finlay-Geoghegan, presiding at the three-judge Court of Appeal, said there were a number of "serious issues" to be considered, and put the case back for judgement until April 15.
