Former TD: Only lawyers would benefit from same-sex marriage 'conscience clause'

A former government minister says lawyers would be the only winners if a "conscience clause" was included as part of same-sex marriage laws.

The idea has come up again after comments from the Archbishop of Dublin Diarmuid Martin.
