Medics: EU's junior-doctors work hours opinion 'a wake-up call' for Government

Medics have warned the Government they have been hit by a wake-up call after a European court published a legal opinion that junior doctors’ working hours are illegal.

It is not a final ruling but the opinion is likely to be upheld by the court.
