Antrim victim asks Australian court to drop charges against brother

An Antrim man who was allegedly knocked unconscious by a punch from his brother in Australia is calling for charges to be dropped.

Patrick Lyttle, who has been released from hospital, was in court yesterday to support his brother Barry.

The court was told that the 31-year-old does not have lasting injuries after the incident in Sydney in January.

Barry Lyttle, who is 33, has been charged with recklessly causing grievous bodily harm, charges which Patrick has asked be dropped.
