60 new jobs are on the way to Dublin over the next three years.

Taoiseach Enda Kenny made the announcement at the official opening of Horizon Pharma's new global HQ.

The new jobs will be in areas such as Research and Development and Finance.

Chairman of Horizon Pharma, Timothy Walbert said: "It's no accident that many companies in this sector have chosen Ireland as their place of business and especially for Horizon Pharma.

"You have a long, enviable reputation as a mature, sophisticated economy with talented people that supply a supportive, political, legal and cultural environment for businesses such as ours."
