Firefighters rescue three from Westmeath house fire

Up to three people were rescued uninjured from a house fire in County Westmeath in the early hours of this morning.

The building was completely destroyed by the blaze which happened in Kinnegad at around 5.30am.

Three units of Mullingar fire brigade attended the incident and gardaí say they do not believe the cause to be suspicious.
