Dublin conference to examine role of women in society

A conference to examine ways to address the low number of women in politics and leadership roles in Ireland will get underway in Dublin today.

The conference, entitled 'A Woman’s Place is in the World', is being organised by the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission and the National Women’s Council of Ireland.
