€10.2 million winning Lotto ticket sold in Newbridge
The €10.2m winning lottery ticket was sold in Newbridge in Co Kildare.
Jordan's Centra in Curragh Grange sold the ticket last night.
Store manager John Murray said the ticket was chosen numbers, not a quickpick.
He said nobody knows who the ticket holder is, but there are plenty of theories:
"Speculation if rife, the atmosphere in the shop is fantastic – we're absolutely delighted," he said.
"We hope that it was somebody in the area … it would be great if it was one of the residents in the estate. And if not, best of luck to whoever it was that won it."
