An investigation has begun after 95 teenage pupils were injected with the wrong vaccine in County Tyrone.

The 15- and 16-year-olds at Omagh Academy were accidentally given a whooping cough injection that is only meant for pre-schoolers.

It can give teenagers side effects including soreness and a high temperature, but there are no long-term safety concerns.
