Taoiseach congratulates new Greek PM

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has congratulated Alexis Tsipras who was appointed Greek Prime Minister today.

Mr Tsipris is the leader of the left wing anti-austerity Syriza party, which yesterday won a landslide victory in the Greek general election.
