A 74-year-old Dublin man, who repeatedly raped his daughter as a child, has had his jail sentence tripled on appeal.

Patrick O'Brien of Mackintosh Park, Pottery Road in Dun Laoighaire will now serve nine years in prison for the abuse of Fiona Doyle between 1973 to 1982.
