Former FF Cork City Councillor O'Flynn charged with nine fraud offences

Former Fianna Fáil Cork City Councillor Gary O'Flynn has appeared in court today charged with fraud offences.

Mr O'Flynn, with an address in Whitechurch, Co Cork, was arrested in the city earlier this morning.

He was taken to Anglesea Street Garda Station and formally charged .

He appeared before a sitting of Cork District Court, where he was charged with nine offences.

He was remanded on bail and will appear in court again on February 18.
