Post mortem on Limerick woman found dead

A post mortem is due to be carried out today on the body of a woman, found in Limerick yesterday.

The woman in her 50s was found dead at the rear of a house at Ballygibba, Kilmallock.

It is understood she sustained head injuries.

Gardaí say the outcome of the post mortem will determine the course of their investigation.
