Bailey damages action hears garda tape saying 'that statement has to get chopped up'

Ian Bailey's damages action has been hearing secretly taped garda phone calls in which a detective is heard saying: "That statement has to get chopped up."

The recording from Bandon garda station in June 1997 is a conversation between the now deceased Det Sergeant Liam Hogan and detective garda Jim Fitzgerald.
