1500 people expected at Lundy's Day parade in Derry

Around 1500 people are expected to take part in the annual Lundy's Day parade in Derry today.

It is the 326th anniversary of the shutting of the gates that preceded the siege of Derry.

The parade will begin at the railway station in the Waterside and proceed along Duke Street to the Apprentice Boys' Memorial Hall.

The burning of an effigy will take place at 3pm.
