Minister: More homeless accommodation 'within days and weeks'

Environment Minister Alan Kelly has pledged more emergency accommodation for homeless people in Dublin.

Minister Kelly says the government will ensure there is enough accommodation provided by Christmas so nobody in the city will have to sleep rough - unless they want to.
