Gardaí 'weren't going to take no for an answer', says Bailey's partner
Jules Thomas, the partner of Ian Bailey, has told the High Court today that she felt under enormous pressure to sign a statement following her arrest because gardaí "weren't going to take no for an answer".
The 65-year-old artist is being cross-examined for a third day as part of Mr Bailey's action for damages for alleged wrongful arrest over the 1996 murder of French film producer Sophie Toscan du Plantier.
