Jules Thomas, the partner of Ian Bailey, has told the High Court today that she felt under enormous pressure to sign a statement following her arrest because gardaí "weren't going to take no for an answer".

The 65-year-old artist is being cross-examined for a third day as part of Mr Bailey's action for damages for alleged wrongful arrest over the 1996 murder of French film producer Sophie Toscan du Plantier.
