Howlin: I would embrace any ideas to tackle homelessness issue

Public Expenditure Minister Brendan Howlin said that he would embrace any ideas the Archbishop of Dublin has on how to tackle homelessness.

His comments come after Diarmuid Martin this morning called for a public summit of all those involved in helping those sleeping rough.
