'Omissions, additions, alterations and inventions' in Garda memos, says Bailey's partner
Jules Thomas, Ian Bailey's long-term partner, has told the High Court the written memo of her statements to gardaí is full of "omissions, additions, alterations and inventions".
The 65-year-old artist, with an address in Schull, Co Cork, is being cross examined today as part of Mr Bailey's action for damages against the State and Garda Commissioner for alleged wrongful arrest on suspicion of murdering Sophie Toscan du Plantier in West Cork in 1996.
