Aiken Promotions confirm no Irish Garth Brooks gigs in 2015

Aiken Promotions has confirmed there are no plans for Garth Brooks to perform in Ireland next year.

The concert promoters confirmed the news in a one line statement this afternoon.

There had been speculation earlier in the media that Brooks was poised to announce two Irish concerts this summer.

It follows last summer's controversy which saw his five Croke Park concerts cancelled.
