The "One Young World" Summit, which will be addressed by former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan, gets underway in Dublin later today.

Former President Mary Robinson, who was also United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, and Bob Geldof will speak at the event, which will be attended by 1,300 delegates from almost 200 countries.
