No jail for man who told gardaí 'f**k off, you useless p**cks'

A father-of-five who was drunk and banging on a neighbour's door calling them a 'f**king rat' and then told gardaí to 'f**k off, you useless p**cks' has been given a two-month sentence which has been suspended for a year.

Austin O'Reilly (aged 48) also headbutted the cage in the garda car after he was arrested telling gardaí he would say they assaulted him.
