HSE accused of rushing judgement against midwife following incident

Lawyers for a midwife who's indemnity cover has been suspended claim the Health Service Executive has rushed to judgment.

In High Court proceedings, Sarah Philomena Canning of Loreto Avenue, Rathfarnham in Dublin, says she cannot accept the HSE has "such draconian powers".
