The North's Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness says the five parties in the Stormont Executive believe the time has come for the British Parliament to give greater fiscal powers to the Northern Ireland administration.

It comes as the British Prime Minister David Cameron has promised to give greater powers to Scotland in the wake of the independence referendum.
