Water-charges protests in Drimnagh and Bluebell

Protests against the installation of water meters have moved to Drimnagh and Bluebell in Dublin this morning.
Hundreds of demonstrators are stopping workers from installing meters by standing on the stopcocks outside their houses.
The first bills for domestic water use will be issued from January of next year.
People Before Profit Councillor Brid Smith said locals were very angry at the charges.
"There are lots of people outâŠstopping them from doing their work," she said.
