Survey shows low number of 18-25 year olds registered to vote

The Government is being urged to update the voter registration system if it wants to get more young people to the ballot boxes.

A new survey by the National Youth Council of Ireland reveals that almost a third of 18 - 25 year olds were not registered for the recent local and European elections.
