Teen boys released after questioning in relation to Limerick firearm seizure
Two teenage boys have been released without charge following their arrest in connection with the seizure of a firearm connected to an incident in the Jonesboro area.
The discovery was made when a number of men fled from gardaà patrolling McDonough Avenue in Limerick yesterday afternoon.
One round of ammunition along with an iron bar, a baseball bat and number of other items were also seized.
A file has been sent to the DPP.
